- 125 grams Butter
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 280 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 125 grams choc chips

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees and line baking tray with baking paper, set aside.
Add butter to bowl and soften, 37 degrees, 2 mins, speed 1
Add Raw Sugar and brown sugar and cream with butter, 30 seconds, speed 2
Add Egg, Flour and salt and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4
Add Choc Chips and mix 10 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" ,"Gentle stir setting"
Place small spoonfulls on tray and bake for 15 - 20 min or untill golden on 180 degrees

Tip
Give them a try with diferent flavoured choc chips!

These choc chip bikkies are goooood! Simple ingredients and method...and I thought my original non TMX recipe was good, but after my first batch of choc chips tonight it's debatable!!
