- 800 grams fruit of choice
- 400 grams raw sugar
- 2 green apples

Deseed fruit if required.
Place fruit of choice and apples quartured, core and skin on, into mixing bowl, along with raw sugar. Cook for 45min / Varoma / Speed 1 with basket on top of lid in place of MC
Check the consistancy of the Jam after the 45min.
Place Jam onto a cold plate, If still runny Cook for a further 10 - 15min / Varoma / Speed 1
Placed cooked Jam into sterilised jars, cool and enjoy.
Tip
You can add different flavors to your Jam for example, Cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, lemon

Wow so easy and so yummy
I did a mix of apricot, nectarine and raspberry and it is divine. Thankyou so much
I chop up the apple with the thermo before adding the main fruit. It gels beautifully every time.
I’ve never made jam before as it seemed scary, this was simple & the jam is delicious. 2 batches made both perfect.
I added some vanilla to mine, it is delicious
