What amount is a portion in grams?

I made these for a couple of friends and they loved them. So did hubby and daughter. I substituted with 450g of almond meal and added an egg and a couple of teaspoons of natvia sweetener. Made 18 cookies and my friends have asked for the recipe!Lol

These were super easy and delicious, although very sweet.
Need to press the cookies into the shape you want them to end up - they don’t spread out like regular flour/butter/egg cookies. Will definitely make these again!

Yum! A great way to use the leftover almond pulp. I didn't have cranberries so I added seeds, honey and goji berries - they're fab, thank you so much for sharing

I would like to try this but what's the amount of pulp? Different almond milk recipes will have different amount of pulp leftover... Ie. Are you able to add grams or whether it is 1 cup of pulp or 1/2 cup or whatever Cup? Thanks!

This was a good recipe. Biscuits needed be cooked a little longer and turned over but we like ours soft anyway.

I don't make almond milk. Could I use almond meal instead? What quantity would I use as I don't know what a portion represents?
