I made with gluten-free flour and it didn't rise lots but had a really nice flavour. Will be making it again. Although next time I will double the reciepe. I loved that it has no sugar and took about 5 minutes to make! Thanks for sharing.

My bread rose but as soon as I took it out of the oven for a few minutes it deflated by half to 3/4 height! tmrc_emoticons.( When I cut it, it looked like it was too wet down the bottom, as it looks more like pudding texture and at the top it was more fluffy. Maybe my bananas were too wet? They were frozen and then defrosted. The taste is nice.

This bread was amazing! I didn't have walnuts, so I used peanuts, to make it like a peanut butter and banana bread. The texture was perfect, and the taste was killer. Who needs all that extra sugar in other recipes?!? I even used half the honey. I would have been happy to use the full amount, but I only had a tiny bit. It was still perfect. I doubled the recipe, and made two.Good thing, too. First one is almost down after one day!
