Only had small bananas, and used 7. Really hard to mix. Think it needs a weight for peeled bananas. Cooked, but not yet sliced.

Used 100g choc chips as not specified.

My poor thermy really struggled with the mixing of ingredients in this recipe. After removing the butterfly, I ended up having to stir the mixture by hand. It is really stiff. The recipe didn't state the quantity of chocolate chips, so I used 3/4's of a packet. Just wondering if perhaps milk should be added? The slice is cooking now, hopefully I haven't wasted my ingredients. If it tastes good, I'll resort to using an electric mixer next time.
