Ingredients

- 2 bananas
- 120 g Milk
- 30 g Maple syrup
- 75 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 100 g raw sugar
- 300g Self Raising Flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Prepare tins
Place butter in microwave for 20 seconds
Put the bananas into the TM and 'mash' on speed 4 for 6 secs.
Add in the milk, the melted butter, the maple syrup, the vanilla extract and the eggs - mix on speed 5 for 5 secs.
Weigh in the flour and sugar and add the salt, and cinnamon (and baking powder if you want to use it) and mix on speed 3 for 5 secs to combine.
Check to see if combined and repeat last step if required
Pour the mixture into the paper cases or greased muffin tin and bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

Delicious - thank you. I didn't use salt or baking powder and melted butter in thermo also.
These were great - thank you. I melted the butter in Thermie first 1-2mins on 55deg and then proceeded, turned out great. I also reduced sugar to 75g and they were still plenty sweet.

These were a hit for the lunch box. I used 80g raw sugar and sprinkled extra cinnamon on top before baking. I will be making these again thank you for sharing your recipe. I will try with coconut oil instead of butter next time only so i dont have to do any melting in the micro wave ( although my coconut oil has just started to solidify now winter is here.)
