Recipe's preparation

    BEER BROWNIES
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the chocolate and the butterfor 7 minutes / 50 degrees / speed 2 / MC off, pausing machine after 2 minutes to scrape down sides.
Pour the beer, add the egg and sugars and beat together 30 seconds / speed 2.
Add flour, salt and cocoa and beat on speed 4 until combined. Add vanilla and beat other 10 seconds.
Pour into a buttered and floured
    baking pan.
    Bake for 40-45 minutes,
the centre should be on the fudge-y side.

Tip

Optional:

Add 1 cup of chocolate chips at the end (with the vanilla) and beat on low until combined.

For a vegan option, you can replace the butter with coconut oil, and the eggs with a Vegan Egg Replacer – but it will definitely change the texture and flavour.
