Ingredients
- 300 g Butter, room temp in pieces
- 200 g sugar
- 30 g kakao
- 5 --- eggs
- 300 g self-raising flour
filling
- 670g jar morellos (pitted cherries)
- 30 g corn-flour
- 800 g cream
- 50 g cherry liquer

- Place butter, sugar, kakao and eggs in the TM bowl and mix it together for 1min at 37 degrees speed 5
-Add the flour and mix it with the ais of the spatula for 30 secs on speed 6 together
- pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees
-Grease a cake tin and line it out with baking paper
- Fill the dough in and bake for 45 mins on 175 degrees
FIlling
- As long as the cake is baking prepare the filling:
-put the basket in the TM bowl and strain the morellos (pitted cherries)
- Take the basket out and add the corn-flour to the juice in the TM bowl
- Cook for 7 mins on 90 degrees on speed 4
- Then addthe morellos (pitted cherries) out of the basket and 2 TBSP of the cherry liquer stir it all together on speed soft and reverse
- Let it col down until it is thickened
- after finish baking let the cake cool down and cut it in 3 layers
- put the filling on the bottom one and put the next one on top. Then use the leftover cherry liquer and spread it over the 2nd layer
-Add the butterfly and whip the cream. Put some cream on the 2nd layer and cover it with the 3rd. Then spread the rest of the cream over the whole cake and decorate with shreded chocolate
