These muffins are fabulous! I used half the sugar and frozen raspberries and they were certainly sweet enough. Next time I will try fresh blueberries.
Delicious! I used GF flour + baking powder, half maple syrup and half rapadura sugar. Nice and light and fluffy also used a whole punnet of fresh blueberries in half of the mixture, chocolate chips in the other, coz you know, fussy family...
These are great! I had no butter so used 60g of cream & substituted in coconut sugar.
So yum! Very light. Didnt change anything. Lovely, thank you!
Omg so light and delicious!
Made a double batch...then split in 2 and made blueberry/choc and raspberry/white choc.
Super easy and I change the fruit to what ever I have in the fridge/freeze. Always deli ions even I cant get these wrong.
Really good recipe, I used GF flour and they were still good, added a little vanilla essence and a little salt as GF flour tends to be tasteless.
Lovely
Delicious and so easy! I used wholemeal self raising flour and 1/2 a mashed banana instead of egg. Thanks 😊
These are my go to school lunch box muffins. I also add in about 80-100g of white choc chips, delicious!
Delicious and so easy. I cut sugar back to 70g
