Beef was tender and overall flavour good, was too sweet even after adding a 27g chunk of palm sugar, would halve that again next time. Added a whole can (400g) coconut cream and extra pumpkin and potato, left out the mushrooms. Will make again with a few tweaks!

Excellent and easy to make. Would halve the sugar next time as it was a bit too sweet.

    Yumo!

We used Mae Ploy paste and only a heaped dessert spoon. Added extra vegies and will most certainly eat again.

Was very tasty and meat very tender, I did leave out the pumpkin as noone likes it in our house - this was a winner with the family
