Comments
Beef was tender and overall flavour good, was too sweet even after adding a 27g chunk of palm sugar, would halve that again next time. Added a whole can (400g) coconut cream and extra pumpkin and potato, left out the mushrooms. Will make again with a few tweaks!
Really easy and yum. I only used half the amount of sugar next time will not add it, waa too sweet.
thank you
Why would you ever buy takeaway when you can make this beautiful recipe! Yum!
Excellent and easy to make. Would halve the sugar next time as it was a bit too sweet.
Yumo!
We used Mae Ploy paste and only a heaped dessert spoon. Added extra vegies and will most certainly eat again.
Was very tasty and meat very tender, I did leave out the pumpkin as noone likes it in our house - this was a winner with the family
Fabulous!! I used red curry, and added singapore noodles with the fish sauce etc.
