    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are delicious. I just used regular flour and added 2 tsp of baking powder as I don't use self raising flour. Was really impressed with these and think they are awesome as they aren't super sweet. Unfortunately I didn't have drops so had to use a block of white belgian baking chocolate so next time will make sure I use the right chocolate.

Will make less by making bigger muffins next time and put some cream cheese in the middle.

made 2 batches of these this morning for a brunch with friends and they were amazing! nice and fluffy. I didn't use chocolate in either, used frozen raspberries in one batch and frozen blueberries in the other and they were just like ones you'd pay good money for at a cafe - very happy. will be using this recipe again.

Lovely recipe! Only variation was that I used brown sugar and reduced it to 60gr.  Cooked 25min @ 180. Crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle. Yummy yummy! Thank you
