Place all ingredients into the bowl and blitz for 30 seconds on speed 8.
Tip mixture out onto glad wrap and roll into a tight log
Remove glad wrap and using a sharp knife slice into patties
Fry on a pan on each side until golsen then place in 180• over for approximately 15 minutes to finish off (time will vary depending on size)
Tip
These could also be done on the bbq and are great cold as well

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Delicious and super easy
These were very tasty. I steamed it in the varoma And then pan fried to give a nice crispy coating.

Theses are quick and tasty - thanks for the inspiration. Will definitely make again. I added a bit of salt and we grilled them on the bbq & had with salad.
Very tasty! I don't usually try a recipe without any rating/comment but I do like chorizo and haloumi so I thought it's worth a try and it did not disappoint. Next time, I might try to bake it in a small muffin tray and have it as party food. Thanks for sharing.
