I have made this cake so many times and EVERY person who tries it loves it, I have used whatever yoghurt is in my fridge to and always turns out beautiful. Just adjust your sugar if using flavoured yoghurt and you can't go wrong. Thanks for this amazing recipe, it's a keeper.

    Delicious!

I had some old yoghurt to use up so searched for a recipe. I'm so glad I found this one! Super delicious and the lemon rind gives it such a lovely tang. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This was delicious. I only had mango yogurt in the fridge so I used that and reduced the sugar to 150g. Very popular with the family.

Gorgeous cake. I used rind of half a large lime and reduced sugar to 100g (still very sweet). Slices beautifully too!
