Ingredients
BASE
- 110 grams almonds, activated or not
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 130 grams dates
CARAMEL
- 200 grams Cashews, activated or not
- 130 grams dates
- seeds vanilla pod
- 85 grams coconut oil
CHOCOLATE ICING
- 60 grams coconut oil
- 40 gram cocoa or cacao powder
- 60 grams Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Boiling water

Place almonds, dates and salt into bowl"Closed lid" , put lid on and process speed 7 50 seconds until blended. Press into a lined 20 cm baking pan and place in the freezer.
CARAMEL
Place cashews, coconut oil, dates, vanilla pod seeds, and process 1 minute speed 7 , scrape down and process again 30 seconds speed 7. spread onto base and place back in the freezer.
CHOCOLATE ICING
Place coconut oil, cocao, maple syrup and water into bowl and proces 20 seconds speed 4.
