  • 125 g Butter
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 125 g lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. - 125g butter (if out of fridge turbo 1sec then melt for 2min 55deg sp1
    - add packet of biscuits about 200g
    - chop 8sec sp8
    - Press mixture down on base of 20cm loose-bottom cake tin.
    - clean and dry mixing bowl
  2. Filling
  3. - put 2 tins condensed milk, 500g cream cheese and 125g of lemon juice in mixing bowl
    - mix ingredients together 25 sec sp6
    - pour filling onto base
    - Bake 15min at 180 deg C
    - allow to cool before removing from pan
    - chill in fridge, best overnight
    - decorate for eg. with strawberries/grated chocolate and enjoy!

Tip

I made these in individual small cupcake paper and it was wonderful as bite size finger food. Reduced baking time to 10min.
