Ingredients

Oreo Cheesecake

  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g oreo biscuit
  • 100 g biscuit, Nice
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 80 g lemon juice
  • 100 g oreo biscuit, cut in pieces(about 1/6)

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. -125g butter(if its out of fridge warm up 2min 55deg spd 1)

    -Add 200g biscuit (100g oreo biscuit and 100g nice biscuits)

    8 sec Sp 8

    -Press buttery crumbs in 20cm loose bottom springform pan(I put wax paper underneath).
  2. Cheesecake Filling
  3. 2x 250g cream cheese

    2x tin condensed milk

    80g lemon juice

    Mix 25 sec spd 6 till nice and smooth

    Cut about 100g of oreo in pieces (I cut them all in 1/6).

    Mix in with filling 6sec spd 6 reverse

    Pour filling on base
  4. Bake for 15min on 180deg( just to help it set)

    Let it cool down and place in fridge over night if you can,its best the next day

    Decorate with crushed oreos, cream and ice magic chocolate..
