- 3 heaped tablespoons icing sugar
- 50 g lemon cordial
- 60 g gin
- 250 g ice cube
- 350 g soda water

Add 30g Grapefruit, 30g Grapefruit juice only,3 heaped Tbs icing sugar 50g Lemon juice cordial 60g Gin 250g ice
Mix all at 25 sec/speed 9
Add 350g soda water and mix 5 sec/speed 4
Pour into glasses and enjoy
