- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
- 155 grams brown sugar
- 85 grams desicated cocnut
- 90 grams rolled oats
- 150 grams plain flour

- Place 125 g butter, 2 tbs water and 2 tbs golden syrup in TM bowl. "No counter-clockwise operation" 1min/100 deg/speed2.
- Add 1 tsp Bi-carb soda, "No counter-clockwise operation" on Speed 2 approx 30 sec till dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients (150 g flour, 155 g brown sugar, 90 g oats and 85 g coconut). Mix "No counter-clockwise operation" Speed 2 approx 20 sec. Scrape down sides, mix again "No counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for another 10 sec.
- Spoon heaped tsp size mixture, roll in to balls and place on lined tray. Flatten with a fork a little.
- Bake approx 10-12 mins or until golden brown, but still soft to touch.
- Let stand on trays for 5 mins before transferring to wire rack to cool. Enjoy.
Pre heat oven 160 degrees Line 2 baking trays
Tip
They may feel crumbly, but will stick together when rolled and pressed.
