- 110 g macadamia nuts (or pecans)
- 125 g Butter, chopped
- 370 g brown sugar
- 70 g cocoa
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 180 g Self Raising Flour

Preheat oven to 170C.
Place nuts in TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 4. Set aside.
Place butter into TM Bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 60C on speed 4.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20-25 seconds on speed 4.
Add chopped nuts and mix reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 for 5 seconds. (or use spatula)
Pour batter into greased baking tray and cook for 25 minutes. Once cake skewer comes out clean remove from oven. Cut into squares while warm and cool on cake tray.
