  • 250 g Dark cooking chocolate
  • 175 g Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 210 g raw sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 135 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 160 degrees
    Line 20cm square tin with baking paper
    Add raw sugar and mill 5 sec/Sp 8
    Add eggs and whisk 30sec/Sp 4
    Set aside or use 2nd bowl:
    Add chocolate and butter to bowl
    Chop 5 sec/Sp 6
    Melt 2min30sec/60 degrees/Sp 1
    Add chocolate/butter mixture and vanilla to the egg/sugar mixture and stir 8 sec/Sp 3
    Add flour, baking powder and combine 5 sec/Sp3
    Scrape down sides and combine further 5 sec/Sp 3
    Pour batter into pan and bake 40mins or until crumbs cling to skewer inserted into middle.

Tip

If you haven't been to the Long Track Pantry which is half way between Sydney and Wagga Wagga, you really should!

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
