One of the nicest chocolate chip cookies. Family love them. I cut the sugar back to half and still amazing. Thanks for the recipe

Made 24 regular size cookies. I added some walnuts, mix was a bit dry, added a handful of chopped walnuts and a touch of cream to bring it together. Cooking time and temp perfect was finished after 10 minutes. I would eliminate the butterfly, took out after step 2, easier to just push down sides.

Quick and easy, make 30 kid size cookies. Reduced sugar to 100gm and butterfly out after step 2. Mix looked a bit dry, but came together well when rolled into balls. Just like mum used to make.

These are the best choc chip cookies I have ever made!! I did change it a little though, I didn't have any vanilla essence so I used the same amount of maple syrup. Absoltuely delicious! Thank you

Yum! Enjoyed by all the family.....

I reduced sugar to 120gm and would probably nudge it down a step further next time. I also removed butterfly after step 2 and I left my cookies in the oven after turning it off to make them extra crispy & crunchy!

Will be making these again for sure, thanks for sharing the recipe!

Yum! Thanks for sharing. I took the butterfly out after step 2. We also used white and milk chips. I would probably reduce the sugar a bit next time. I baked for about 15 mins.

Do you leave the butterfly attachment in throughout the whole recipe?
