- 65 grams raw sugar, pulverise 10-20sec sp9
- 230 grams Butter, softened
- 95 grams condensed milk
- 330 grams flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder

Pulverize the sugar
Add the softened butter not melted
Beat 1 min on speed 4
Scrape down the bowl and beat again for 1min on speed 4
Add condensed milk beat 1 min on speed 4 scrape down
Add flour and baking powder
Beat 1 min increase gradually to sp4
Add your desired amount of chocolate chips beat very slowly on
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed for a few seconds dont over mix so the chocolate starts to colour the dough.
Shape into balls and flatten with a fork
Cook for 12-13mins @ 160*
