- 93 heaped tablespoon sugar
- 760 grams flour
- 3 level teaspoons salt
- 40 grams oil

- Add the first 3 ingredients to TM 2mins on"Sous-vide" 37 sp"Blend" 3
Add the other ingredients
Mix on "Blend" 5 for 30secs to combine
"Dough mode" 5-6mins
leave to rise in the bowl, when to the top take out and shape into buns or loaves.
Cook loaves at 200° for 10mins the reduce temperature to 180° and cook another 20-25 minutes
Test with a meat thermometer , breads are cooked when centre is 90
