Too much cocoa powder
Too much cocoa powder made these melting moments disgusting. They were powdery, floury and stuck in your mouth. Inedible, and a lot of time wasted making them.
Delicious, and so easy to make
I used gluten free SR flour, and you wouldn't even know. They taste amazing!
Thank you for sharing
Very impressive. Really enjoyed the peppermint/chocolate combination. Will definately make again. Thank you!
Awesome! Very rich and sweet. Perfect for the festive season. Great idea. Before adding icing, make sure the biscuits are cold and handle with care. Place in fridge for a good couple hours or overnight before eating because the biscuits will fall apart. Otherwise enjoy!

Decided to make these to take to a morning tea catch up tomorrow. Only to get to the peppermint cream stage and realise that I'd run out of peppermint essence haha. So I switched it up a little and used the orange essence and a little grated orange peel, along with some yellow and red food colouring to make Jaffa Melting Moments instead. Pretty tasty indeed . Have to get some peppermint essence so I can do it properly though soon
These were my first attempt at melting moments, and they turned out brilliantly! Today was the 'trial run' and now I know what my neighbours are getting for Christmas!
