I made this for my partners birthday last week. I halved the recipe as it is just the two of us, I also added some peppermint essence in with the vanilla for a little extra flavouring. After a couple of days i did find the cake to be a little more dense than when first baked with after heating in the microwave for a few seconds it was nice. I stored my in the fridge and so I think that solidified the coconut milk a little bit. I decorated mine with fresh strawberries tmrc_emoticons.)

jasminhenery: Thanks Jasmin for the tip about Cadbury. I did not use Cadbury in this recipe tmrc_emoticons.)

Just a note, I'm pretty sure all types of dark Cadbury chocolate still have milk solids/fat in them. Might want to use Lindt instead.
