  • 50 grams Coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 80 grams frozen raspberries
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscutis into TM bowl and crush for 5 sec, sp 7

  2. Add coconut, cocoa and condensed milk.  Mix 5 sec, sp 5.

  3. Add frozen raspberries and mix 10 secs, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , sp 4-5

  4. Place mixture in bowl and refridgerate at least 1 hour before forming into    balls and then rolling in coconut, sprinkles or dipping in melted chocolate.

Tip

I made my balls into a centrepiece for my daughters birthday by sticking balls into   cakepop sticks and then sticking them into a polystyrene ball and placing in a vase.

    I could only find Nestle's Sweetened Condensed Milk in my supermarket 395g - is that the right one?  My mixture seemed too dry so I added some more condensed milk but that has made them pastel pink rather than the vibrant raspberry colour and very very sticky.  What brand/size of condensed milk did you use for this recipe?

     

    They still taste pretty good though!

    These are really quick and easy, we love the burst of raspberry and you bite into them.  Kids also loved rolling them.
