- 40 grams brown sugar
- 65 grams raw sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 225 grams SR flour
- 100 grams Dark cooking chocolate

Place chocolate in mixing bolw and grate to desired chunk sixe, If using choc drops process on speed 4 for about 5 seconds. Set aside.Cream butter and sugars 10 seconds and speed 4Add egg yolk and vanilla mix for 5 seconds on speed 4Add flour and mix 20 seconds on speed 9Add chocolate pieces and mix 10 seconds on speed 5.Roll into approximately 18 balls and place onto a lined cooking tray. Gently flatten and bake in a moderate over (180 deg c) for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Tip
You can use any of your favourite chocolate bars in this one too. The better quality chocolate used, the better the result

very yummy .I used chocolate buttons as grating plainstowe cooking chocolate didn't work out ( I got a mixture of powder and huge choc chunks so not sure what I did wrong ) ..having said that , they turned outt really well and were very easy to make.
