Ingredients

Mini Christmas Crackles

  • 216g package Mars Bars (bite size), Cheaper this way, otherwise chop large bar equal to 200g into bite size pieces
  • 50 g cream
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 90 g rice bubbles
  • 150 g white chocolate melts
  • 24 Red Smarties or M&M's

Recipe's preparation

  1. Prepare 24 mini muffin trays or moulds

     

    Put Mars Bars into TM bowl and chop 10 sec, speed 8.  Heat for 3 mins, 60 degrees, speed 3 (MC on).  Scrape down sides.

     

    Add Cream and Cocoa.  Heat for 2 mins, 50 degrees, speed 3 (MC on).  Mixture should be smooth.

     

    Add Rice Bubbles and mix for 1 min, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 1

    Spoon into mini muffin moulds and press down gently.

     

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then turn out onto a tray or plate upside-down ready to decorate.

     

    Pudding Topping

    Put white chocolate into clean TM bowl and chop for 5 secs, speed 8.  Scrape down sides.

     

    Heat for 2 mins, 50 degrees, speed 3.

     

    Spoon or pipe over "pudding" tops and decorate with a red sweet on top of each one.

    Excellent! Loved it. Will certainly make it again... it works out perfectly. Adding the contents to the little paper cupcakes was a little mission on Chrissy Eve so next time I might just make it as a slice. Delish!!
