- 40 g walnuts
- 25 g brown sugar
Muffins
- 140 g dries cranberries (craisins)
- 70 g walnuts
- 300 g Self Raising Flour
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 180 g Milk
- 120 g Rice Bran Oil
- 1 egg

Place walnuts and sugar into bowl and mill 10sec/speed9. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 200. Line 12x muffin pans with paper cases.
Place cranberries in a heat proof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes to soak. Drain well.
Place walnuts into bowl and roughly chop 2-4sec/speed6. Add all remaining ingredients including soaked cranberries and and mix 10sec/speed4 until just combined.
Spoon evenly into muffin tin and sprinkle with reserved crumble mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until skewek comes out clean.

Tip
Use a combination of dreid blueberries and dreid cranberries.
Can also substitue walnut with pecans if prefered.
