Ball may be rolled in coconut before placing on tray to bake.

  4. 5. Bake in a gas or fan forced oven at 160 deg or electric at 180 degrees

Tip

Biscuits may be frozen. Great for lunch boxes.

It's not coconut oil it's just plain coconut! You wouldn't use coconut and butter! Yuck!

I've just made a batch of these and the consistency is really runny. Are you sure it's supposed to be 300g coconut oil? That's a LOT of butter and oil. I couldn't roll these into balls cause it's so sloppy tmrc_emoticons.-( after tasting them, I'm assuming the recipe is supposed to read 30 g coconut oil. I didn't think it was correct when I made it, but I'm not a great cook so I thought I'd better follow it.   Ah well  tmrc_emoticons.((
