I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
2. Add sugar and condensed milk and mix for 40 seconds speed 4.
3. Add flour "Counter-clockwise operation" for 20 seconds speed 3
4. Roll into ball. No need to flatten as they make nice high biscakes.
If making jam biscuits, make an indent into centre of ball to make room for approx 1 teaspoon of jam. Bake in moderate oven until light golden brown.
Ball may be rolled in coconut before placing on tray to bake.
5. Bake in a gas or fan forced oven at 160 deg or electric at 180 degrees
1. Add soft butter to bowl and combine coconut oil and blend for 1 minute on speed 6.
Tip
Biscuits may be frozen. Great for lunch boxes.

It's not coconut oil it's just plain coconut! You wouldn't use coconut and butter! Yuck!
I've just made a batch of these and the consistency is really runny. Are you sure it's supposed to be 300g coconut oil? That's a LOT of butter and oil. I couldn't roll these into balls cause it's so sloppy after tasting them, I'm assuming the recipe is supposed to read 30 g coconut oil. I didn't think it was correct when I made it, but I'm not a great cook so I thought I'd better follow it. Ah well
