- Set oven to 350 degrees. Add almonds to mixing bowl grinde speed 10 five seconds, if not fine enough repeat step, and set aside. Add capsicum chop for 5 seconds speed 6. Add butter replace lid melt butter 60 degrees speed 5. Add all ingredients except shallots and Blend for one minute. Scrap down the sides of the bowl. Add shallots, mix with spatulas to combine. Line tray with baking paper and spoon mixture on to tray and bake for 20/25 minutes.
