Could you use ground almonds in place of rice flour? I haven't tried it yet but it looks delicious.

I have been making this recipe for some time now and we all just love it. It has been a go to recipe that can be sliced and toasted for breakfast topped with nana ice cream and berries, slices for school lunch boxes and afternoon snack. It is moist and very delicious. Thank you for creating this
