Ingredients

Rolled Oats

  • 225 grams rolled oats
  • 115 grams cocoa powder
  • 1/2 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 level teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 level teaspoon salt
  • 115 grams Apple sauce (or puréed apple)
  • 1 --- egg
  • 2 --- banana, mashed
  • 1 level teaspoon vanilla
  • 55 gram honey
  • 2 level tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 55 gram chocolate chips
  • --- icing sugar, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 180 c

  2. Add oats to bowl and mill once milled add cocoa powder , bkaing powder , baking soda and salt and mix well  then set aside.

  3. add remaining ingredients to the bowl ( except chocolate chips ) , mix on speed four for 1-2 minutes or untill combined

  4. once combined add the dry ingrediants and mix until just combined .Add chocolate chips and mix to incorperate. 

  5. greaes a small to medium pan ( 8x8 )  and pour in batter and bake for 45 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean

  6. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired .Calories : 142 Fat: 3gCarbs: 27gProtein : 3g 

    Serving size 1/9 of a pan
