- 150 grams Butter
- 155 grams icing sugar
- 30 grams cocoa
- 40 grams Coconut
- 1 --- egg
- 250 grams plain biscuits, (eg, Marie, Arrowroot)

Place biscuits into jug and crush 5 seconds/Speed 5. Transfer to another bowl.
Add butter to jug and melt 2mins/80 degrees/"Gentle stir setting"
Add egg, icing sugar, cocoa, coconut and mix 10 seconds/spd 4/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add previously crushed biscuits back into mixture and mix 10 seconds/spd 4/"Counter-clockwise operation" , or until ingredients are combined.
Press into a slice pan and put in fridge to set.
For an easy icing, melt 200 grams milk chocolate and 10 grams oil in jug 2 mins/90/spd2.
Pour over slice and allow to set in fridge. Cut once topping is firm.
Tip
You can omit the coconut and swap it for mini marshmallows or nuts if you like.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
