  • 75 gram raw sugar
  • 100 gram brown sugar
  • 130 gram Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250 gram Self Raising Flour
  • 90 gram White Chocolate Chips
  • 50 gram dark chocolate chips
  • 50 gram cocoa

    Lou'sKitchen Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.

    Place raw sugar in Closed lid"Closed lid" and ,mill 7 secs speed 9.

    Add brown sugar, butter and vanilla and mix 10 seconds speed 8.

    Add egg thru top, then add flour and cocoa and mix on speed 6 or 7 until combined using the spatula to combine.

    Add chocolate chips Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 unitl combined.

    Roll mixture into ball and flatten slightly bake in preheated oven for 12-15 mins.

    These biscuits are really good, I did have to add in an extra egg because my mixture was too dry. They are a bit like a brownie biscuit (that's what my daughter thought anyway)

    Yummo I reduced brown sugar to 75 g and added 45 g of baking blend it’s a raw sugar and stevia blend to reduce the carb and sugar first time I’ve used it in cooking and added a heaped tbsp peanut butter

    So, so, so delicious! My mixture was also too dry, but I just added another egg & it came together perfectly!

    I've had to freeze them quickly before I ate too many more though - they are a bit addictive!

    So easy!  Left out the cocoa and added a few more choc chips tmrc_emoticons.-)  Cooked 10mins @ 160C .  Very tasty!
