Preheat oven to 180 and grease a muffin/cake pan.
add all ingredients to TMX bowl and mix speed 5-6 for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Stir in nuts if using.
bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
To make icing mix pulp of 1 passionfruit, 1 tablespoon of butter and 11/2 cups of icing sugar till smooth.
