This recipe was quick & easy. The crumb could have been more tasty with some additional spices though. Will definitely experiment & make this again.
Fantastic. The crumb would cover at least 6 thigh fillets though.
Easy and delicious! Put chicken thighs in egg and milk mixture before coating. Crumb mixture did 8 thighs.
Delish's, I added a little paprika. Not a crumb left !
Love this - easy Peary
I didn't have any buttermilk so I coated my chicken in homemade natural yoghurt, it was very nice. I also crumbed mine twice to give it a extra crunch
This is so yummy, my family were looking for seconds. This will be a family regular.

Fabulous recipe. I have cooked this several times now and we've enjoyed it every time. Thank you!
YUM!!!!!
You can also make your own buttermilk but adding 1Tbsp of white vinegar to a measuring jug and filling the rest with milk up to 250mL. Leave it to stand for 5mins.
