  • 200 grams sugar raw
  • 160 grams Ghee
  • 1000 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.


    Put 2sm of oil into a large frying pan then heatan to medium-high heat.





    Place water into mixing bowl and boilKettle"Kettle" 3 min.







    Add sugar and ghee into the bowl then mix 5sec/ speed 4.



    Add flour then kneatDough mode"Dough mode" 2min .



    Transfer biscuit mixture onto a lightly floured ThermoMat or work surface and hand kneat untill smooth texture.







    Place biscuit mixture between two sheets of baking paper and roll out to a 4mm thickness. Remove top layer of baking paper, then using a knife, cut out 2sm / 2sm square then make 2 shallow cuts across the top of the biscuit.







    Place biscuit shapes onto prepared baking tray and bake for 15 minutes (180°C) until lslightly golden. Then transfer into prepared hot cooking oil, cook 8 minutes on one sited then turne other side cook for 8 minutes biscuit should be golden brown.



    Allow to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
