- 40 gram Nuts of choice, I used walnuts
- 30 gram nut butter of choice
- 100 gram coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 60 gram Coconut sugar
- 75 gram Maple syrup
- 10 grams cacao nibs
- 70 grams Raw Cacao
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 160. Line slice tin. Chop nuts 3 seconds, speed 4. Set aside.
Melt nut butter and coconut oil for 2minutes 60 degrees speed 2
Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds speed 5 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
