Ingredients

  • 100 grams Protein Powder (Chocolate), I used BT powder - but up to you
  • 100 grams almonds, raw
  • 120 grams Natvia
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
  • 10 grams cocoa powder, if you want to be healthier use cacao powder
  • 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    Method - Super Easy!!
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees

    Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm tray - can use bigger though - will just make a thinner slice

    Mill almonds 10 secs /speed 9

    Put in all other ingredients 

    Mix 40 secs /speed 4

    May need to put spatula in and rearrange as it is a really thick batter

    Spread out into tray 

    Bake about 15 mins - but if you want a gooier (is that a word?) texture cook for 10 mins and check 

    Super Easy!!

Tip

Can use light olive oil if you don't have coconut oil
