This is a lovely decadant cake. Probably could have also cooked my quinoa for longer (I did 20mins varoma temp speed 4). Will make again!
I think I should have cooked my quinoa longer but the taste was awesome. Kids picked the different texture but loved it anyway, I mean who can turn down chocolate cake no matter it's made of?
This cake is really delicious. I couldn't get mine smooth though. Next time I'll process the nuts first and then the quinoa and then add the rest. It's definitely worth another go though. I also used EVO as I didn't have coconut oil. It seems to work just as well.
I only made this because I had all the ingrediants, but I am so glad I did. I licked the bowl clean, the mixture was so good and the cake is even better
