Ingredients

  • 95 grams raw sugar
  • 400 grams Rhubarb stem only, washed and chopped roughly
  • 1 red apple cored
  • 1 orange, cut into quarters with top and bottom removed
  • 300 grams raspberries
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 70 grams plain or bakers flour
  • 120 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams pistaschios

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

    Add sugar to dry tm bowl and mill 10 seconds / speed 9.

    Add Rhubarb, Apple, Orange, Raspberries to tm bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 5.

    Cook mixture 12 mins / 100 degrees / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.

    Add filling to a greased baking dish, clean and dry tm bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients except pistachios and blend 5 seconds /Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5. Add pistachios and blend 5 seconds / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 5.

    Top  filling with crumble mixture and bake for 50 minutes.

     

     

     

Tip

Serve with vanilla ice cream from the everday cookbook.

    I substituted the raspberries with strawberries and only had half the amount of rhubarb and strawberries in proportion to the apple and orange (because that was how much I had and didn't want to halve everything else!). This was one of - actually probably THE most delicious crumble I've ever had! The whole orange takes the zinginess to a whole new level.
