Ingredients
- 95 grams raw sugar
- 400 grams Rhubarb stem only, washed and chopped roughly
- 1 red apple cored
- 1 orange, cut into quarters with top and bottom removed
- 300 grams raspberries
- 100 grams Butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 70 grams plain or bakers flour
- 120 grams rolled oats
- 50 grams pistaschios

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Add sugar to dry tm bowl and mill 10 seconds / speed 9.
Add Rhubarb, Apple, Orange, Raspberries to tm bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 5.
Cook mixture 12 mins / 100 degrees / "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Add filling to a greased baking dish, clean and dry tm bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except pistachios and blend 5 seconds /"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5. Add pistachios and blend 5 seconds / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 5.
Top filling with crumble mixture and bake for 50 minutes.

Tip
Serve with vanilla ice cream from the everday cookbook.
To make this dish gluten free replace oats and flour with tapioca or arrowroot flour.

I substituted the raspberries with strawberries and only had half the amount of rhubarb and strawberries in proportion to the apple and orange (because that was how much I had and didn't want to halve everything else!). This was one of - actually probably THE most delicious crumble I've ever had! The whole orange takes the zinginess to a whole new level.
