- 100 grams Dairy Milk Rocky Road Chocolate
- 30 gram Dessicated Cconut
- 30 gram mixed nuts eg almond and cashew
- 80 gram Oat flakes
- 130 gram Butter cubes at room temp
- 100 gram caster sugar
- 100 gram brown sugr
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 130 gram plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 180.deg
Chop rocky road & nuts 2-3 secnds on speed 6. Set aside.
Grind oat flakes for 3 sec on speed 8. Set aside.
Place butter, sugars, egg & vanilla into bowl. Mix 2 min speed 3.
Add flour, oat flakes, baking soda, powder and salt and mix 40 sec on speed 4.
Add chocolate & nuts and stir for 30sec speed 2.
Form dough into walnut sized balls and space evenly on the tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly brown.
Cool & eat.
