1. Preheat oven 180c grease your tin and line with baking paper
2. Add strawberries to bowl and mash 5 sec/ speed 6. Set aside.
3. add butter and sugar to TM bowl and cream 20sec/ speed 4
4. Add eggs slowly and mix 10sec/ speed 4
5. Add the rest of ingredients and combine 20 sec/speed 4
6. Pour into the tin and bake on 180'c for about 1 hour or until cooked.
Tip
Nice layered with whipped cream and strawberry jam

Really yummy. I cooked mine in a small square tin and it was ready when I first checked at 48mins, 160 fan. Next time I might even check it earlier. I followed your suggestion of filling cake with jam and cream. Thanks for sharing 🥰
