I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Add dark chocolate to bowl. Grate 5 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down the sides of bowl.
3. Add butter and melt for 3 minutes on 50 degrees on speed 3.
4. Add remaining ingredients, apart from chocolate chips, and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.
5. Add chocolate chips and mix for 20 seconds on speed 3, "Counter-clockwise operation" , until chips are incorporated.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto lined baking trays. You can use a teaspoon or tablespoon, depending on your preference for size. Or using an ice cream scoop or small cookie dough scoop produces lovely, uniformly sized and shaped biscuits if you're into that.
7. Bake for about 18 minutes. Leave to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes, and then transfer to racks to cool completely.
Tip
You can make these cookies ahead of time - after scooping the batter onto trays, freeze the little clumps of dough, transfer to a zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer until you're ready to use them. Then simply bake them from frozen at 170 degrees for 18 minutes or a little bit longer. A great standby to have in the freezer for when people pop round unexpectedly.

Comments
Lots of choc chips, but the butter just makes them too oily. I won't be making these again.
Ooops, sorry Tifo - I don't know how the flour dropped off the ingredients list! It's there now - 150g plain flour, 30g cocoa. Thanks.
