Ingredients
Slice
- 125 g Butter
- 3 Weetbix
- 220 g self raising wholemeal flour
- 160 g Desiccated Coconut
- 120 g Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 30 g cocoa
Icing
- 150 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 50 g Butter
- 1 tbsp hot water

1. Heat oven to 180C (fan forced)
2. Place baking paper in slice tray.
3. Melt Butter in TM for 1 minute/50C/speed 4
4. Add Weetbix and chop on speed 5/15 seconds until there are no lumps.
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds/ speed 5. Scrape down sides and mix again 15 seconds/speed 5 until combined.
6. Press into slice tin.
7. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
1. Melt the butter 1 minute/50C/speed 5.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix 15 seconds/speed 3. Scrape down sides and mix again for 5 seconds/speed 3.
3. Ice slice while hot (as soon as out of the oven)
4. Leave to cool and harden.
5 Slice into squares with a hot knife. Clean often and keep knife hot with running hot water.

Can decorate with sprinkes or desiccated coconut.
