These are great! I decreased sugar to 100grams. I also roasted my macadamias in the oven, only beacuse I hadn't read step 3 yet. I wish I had read the comments and broken the nuts myself. But will definitely be making again as delicious!

I've made several variations of the same biscuit, but these are the best yet! I just chop the nuts a bit smaller.

Very yummy, thank you. We chopped the nuts finer than recommended as im not a huge fan, so next time i might try cashews or almonds.

Cooked these as a new Thermie owner. Kids loved them took them to work and the boss ate pretty much all of them..

Love these cookies, I slightly modified it as I didn't have macadamia's, I used almonds and threw in some dried apricots and they were amazing, real crowd pleaser. Will be making these again for sure.

Great cookies.  Very easy to make.  I subbed zucchini for oil and a mix of coconut sugar and medjool dates (80g) for the sugar.  Came out great and defintely sweet enough.

I have made these a few times now and love the flavour and texture.  Today I tried a slightly healthier option by replacing the butter with coconut oil and also used coconut sugar. Delicious!!!
