Ingredients
- 150 g white chocolate, broken up into pieces
- 185 g Butter
- 300 g sugar
- 260 g Milk
- 300 g plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten with a fork

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Break chocolate into pieces a into the TM bowl and grate the chocolate on speed 6 for 6 minutes.
Add butter, chopped into smaller pieces, sugar and milk to the bowl and melt together on 80C on speed 1.5 for 5 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients into the bowl abd mix together for 10 seconds on speed 6.
Pour into a greased and lined round cake tin and bake in the oven at 160C for around 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool a bit before removing from tin.
While still warm, serve with whipped cream, berries and sprinkle with icing sugar.

No it isn't correct. it should be 6 seconds. Sorry about the blooper. I hit the publish button before i realised I'd written it in wrong.
I notice it says to grate or chop the chocolate for 6 minutes, is this correct?
Try adding some macadamia nuts to this - really yummy!!!
