Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams Natural honey
  • 60 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 170 grams full cream milk
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 300 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 grams frozen raspberries
  • 70 grams White Chocolate Chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. preheat oven to 180 degrees

    Add the banana, egg, honey, greek yoghurt, milk and vanilla to the bowl, put on lid and mc and mix for 5 seconds / speed 5

    scrap down the side of the bowl

    add the flour and baking powder to the bowl, put on lid and mc and mix for 25 seconds / speed 2.5

    scrap down side of bow

    add raspberries and white chocolate chips, put lid and mc on and mix for 15 seconds / speed 1

    spoon mixture in a 12 hole muffin tray lined with muffin cases, and bake for 20 minutes once cool enough enjoy - try to stop at one

Tip

spray the muffin cases to stop muffins from sticking

Add some crushed up frozen raspberries on top before baking for a little extra raspberryness
