- 80 g Desiccated Coconut
- 220 g coconut oil, melted
- 100 g hazelnut meal
- 4 eggs
- 150 g almond meal
- 1 lemon
- 8 drops Vanilla Exract
- 50 g coconut & almond milk

preheat oven 170 deg lightly grease pan 20x 30 cm
place sugar into mixing bowl and MILL 10 SEC SPEED 9
add vanilla extract, desiccated coconut and coconut oil mix 30SEC SPEED 5
while mixing on SPEED 4 add the eggs through the lid cracking one at a time
add remaining ingrediants and mix SPEED 5 / 20 SEC
bake for 35-40 mins

if you wish to have this dish egg free use bananas 3 ripe ones instead of eggs
